Compressor Services Valve Reconditioning, Machine Service

RJ Mann offers a wide variety of Compressor Services with a state of the art machine shop and trained service technicians. We pride ourselves on quality of work, accuracy, and customer service. We also have a partnership with CPI, not only to distribute their product but to work with their worldwide services and engineers. This allows us to locally offer recondition services such as valves and packing and have a partner to complete refinishing services such as cylinders and rods. This partnership allows us to utilize CPI’s engineering, design, and analysis with our local technicians for installation, service, and troubleshooting. Our capabilities include:

Catalyst Wash

We offer a four step chemical washing procedure for all catalyst brands and sizes. This process helps to remove ash and common contaminates produced in an engines exhaust which helps extend the life or your catalyst elements.

Catalyst Performance Testing

RJ Mann offers a patented performance test for both NSCR and Oxidation catalysts. Our Multi-Lambda test system provides an accurate percentage of reduction of both NOx and CO for rich and lean burn catalyst. This can be done quickly and cost-effectively at our catalyst service center. The Catalyst Performance test can help diagnose a catalyst problem versus an engine problem, and it provides accurate performance information about the health of the catalyst to effectively determine if the catalyst should be put back into service.
